What is LEED ND?

The LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System (LEED ND) has integrated the principles of smart growth and green building into the first international standard for neighborhood design. LEED ND standards assess whether a development's location, planning and design meet accepted high standards for environmentally responsible and sustainable development.
